masked gunman pistol-whipped a delivery man at a housing complex Friday afternoon, stealing his money and the meal, police said.
The gun-toting assailant struck the delivery man in the head with his weapon at 641 E. 13th St. in the Campos Plaza complex and then fled the scene around 3:45 p.m., NYPD source said.
